„The staff were nice. There was no restaurant on the property, and the pool was dirty, my daughter developed itchy hives after using it. I loved the complimentary kayaks. The room was too small and cramped to move around comfortably, and the coffee maker was dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned in a while, with lots of coffee grounds left inside.“

„Took 1 and half hours for the room to be ready, no soap or shampoo, receptionist didn't apologize or offer anything or say there was a free 10% discount at the restaurant if you are a guest found that out when we were leaving, the restaurant was extremely slow, indoor was very humid and smelt like heavy chlorine the outdoor pool was nice but dirty, the room walls were very thin we could hear everything in the other rooms and downstairs. we will never be returning“

„Well managed, clean property. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was nicely appointed although lacked space around the bed and insufficient shelving in the room. The mattress was very, very soft which gave you back pain in the morning. Overall we would stay here again for one night but not more than that without a better mattress.“

„The unit was clean. Many things inside are dated really but they mostly work well enough. When we got there we were frustrated because it was so hot the unit was 80 degrees. They did send technicians quickly but although he was very helpful he was unable to change the temperature or grt the air conditioner working better. So we were sleeping in rooms that were 80+ the first 2 nights which was a little frustrating. This unit also sleeps i think 8 people but if you ever want to lounge or ...
