« Free private parking. Receptionist Anca adorable. This is really the strong point of this hotel. Breakfast could be more varied. The window door of our room should be repaired because it opens. « The room was way too small for 3 people (three beds room) Bathroom was in need of repair - shower enclosure faulty and black mould. Beds were from the communist era with pointy springs digging into your back so you stay vigilant. »

« I had booked my stay for 10 days but checked out on the 3rd money. Staff were ok, but none of them spoke English apart from alexanderia. As the hotel didnt gave many guests everynight they would take off the a/c.it was boiling, the minibar wasn't working.All our drinks were hot. Its a nice hotel, with lovely decorations but no customer service or care for guests. Breakfast was basic and the menu is the same everyday.
