« The in-room spa with the window view was beautiful and the overall room felt luxurious. Jo the owner was lovely and helpful when needed and otherwise the stay was quiet and peaceful and away from the big hotels yet only 10 mins drive to Daylesford. Highly recommend staying here for a romantic couples weekend away. »

« The villa is located on the edge of the jungle, very quiet and you can see wild animals. The hotel is close to the hot spring center and can be reached by walking. The villa is beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. The hotel staff is very friendly. If I go again in the future, I will continue to book this hotel. »

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning panoramic views and the peaceful, natural surroundings. « Very very average. Air con doesn’t work, lamp broken and wobbly in bedroom, spa way too hot and cannot be adjusted (had to find a hose and add cold water) the couch is very uncomfortable. Overall it’s aged and odd. Not even good to take pets as there are no fenced off area’s. »

« Botanica was a sweet home away on the outside; on the inside a calming and well appointed residence. Our family of 4 found it met our every need. It felt a real escape from the city. From the house though, if we wanted shops and restaurants, we could just walk to the main street. The heating was cosy, and the log fire created a lovely evening atmosphere. The lighting was beautiful. The crockery and appliances were great. The claw-footed bath was a treat. »

« Gorgeous house and beautifully restored with period features and all the comforts you need. And has best central heating for Daylesford's winter nights! Was a great girls weekend away. Lots of room big table for gatherings comfy sofas everything you need to have a relaxing weekend. Also close to the main steeet however we enjoyed the house so much we didn't venture out that often! »
