Crossroads Hotel LilongweLilongwe
7.4 sur 10, Bien, (102 avis)
« Although the staff is smiling and welcoming, I would not recommend that hotel for the following reasons. There was not water one day and I went to work without shaving and taking a shower. I selected that hotel because there is a gym and I found a gym not maintained, some equipment was broken or not working and most benches are unstable, which is very dangerous while handling weights.

« Woodlands Lilongwe is a welcoming retreat amongst a nature reserve close to the centre of Lilongwe. Staff are exceptionally proficient and hospitable; the room is spacious, clean and has good amenities. The restaurant has an extensive, tasty menu with local produce often used, and service is fast and friendly.

« Although the room was clean, the utilities were sub optimal. The desk chair was not suitable for working and there was no wall socket to connect my devices. Reception had to provide and extension from the only socket that the TV was connected to. Confirmation of booking was not easy. A person managing the booking from a UK number was more impersonal than friendly »

« Staff were very accommodating. Meals were delicious and they were prepared for power outages and other disruptions that North American guests would not be ready for. They had a back up generator and propane stoves for cooking during those times. It was safe and quiet. We had a good stay there - well done Divine bed and B! »
