« The staff at the front desk truly helped me change rooms. I have MS and could not handle the stairs with my luggage so she booked me into a room downstairs. Very very kind and considerate. »

« We had a lovely room on the 4th floor with great views, couldn’t fault it. We really enjoyed the breakfasts too. Our only disappointment was that having paid to stay at the hotel we were then charged to park our car there. Rather like going to a Supermarket and being charged to shop there. »

« Love this place! Super clean, professional and helpful staff that are always warm and welcoming. They have great coffee and breakfast if you need the convenience. The gym is always clean and there is a play room with table tennis and foosball. The rooms are quiet and kitchenettes are stocked with the necessities. The Parking can sometimes fill up but the hotel staff will always find a solution. Erik helped me find a safe place for my car and always goes the extra mile to be helpful. »

« For the price and location in Steamboat, the Folds Hotel was perfect for our family vacation with small kids. They are currently remodeling the exterior but our recently renovated room inside was very modern and comfortable. Quick access to the downtown and resort was key as we were able to use our room as a home base between activities to rest and regroup. The outdoor mini-golf area and hot tub were nice bonuses. The price for our two bedroom was almost half what the surrounding hotels charged....

« What a beautiful property right at the base of the slope! Even though it was summer, there was plenty to do on property, and we took quite a few hikes off property as well as explored the downtown area. The front desk team was fantastic. We had a minor issue with our washer not working and the speed with which they responded and took care of the issue was amazing! The unit was fantastic! We could not have been more comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be returning! »

« Fantastic and spacious home, located close to the gondola and hot tubs! The vacasa shuttle was super convenient for getting to town. Loved the garage door between the kitchen and outdoor dining table/grill. Comfortably fit 11 adults. »

« The fridge was broken and wasted all of our food. Call Maintenance and they brought a new fridge but our food was gone. $200 down the drain. »
