« The hotel room had bedbugs. My son got 4 bites in a line. The room was so cold, there was no heat. No blankets, only sheets. The lights stopped working and some of the outlets stopped working too. The fast food places are also horrible and so is the parking. The only nice thing about it was the water park, but I would never stay there again! »

« The breakfast had all the items that my wife and I wanted. Everything was spotless and there were more than enough tables and chairs fort a reelaxing meal.
The parking is in back of and to the side of the entrance only a few steps to the front doors with plenty of parking spaces.
The staff, from the front desk to the maintenence folks were all friendly, helpful, and accomodating. The hotel is located a few steps from the main street which makes everything you might want withing a few minutes...

« We drove 4 hours and upon check in they informed us the water park was NOT included in stay. The room was filthy ( bathtub had hairs in it, toilet was dirty, and the bed sheets were stained). Our room key was assigned to other guests whom walked into our room while we were still inside. Every guest we encountered told us to not waste money on the water park- it’s filthy and water heaters are always broken. We decided to leave 4 hours after arriving, to drive back home another 4 hours. When we...

« Breakfast buffet was very mid. We got there at 8:30 as soon as they opened and our food was still cold! The bacon was cold and hard, so were the potatoes which were not fully cooked. Our eggs were runny and also not cooked. My biscuits were hard and cold. I was not happy about that but the servers were nice and they are not to blame for that. The room was awesome and definitely cleaned. Which I liked. I would definitely come back but probably never eat on-site again. »
