« Excellent staff in this hotel especially the receptionist Vidya; and restaurant staff Sachin and Deepak. Sister hotel also has an excellent restaurant with incredible views of the Ganges The best hotel we stayed in during out trip »

« The breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent. The room was spacious and similar to what I have experienced in the US and Europe. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. »

« Staff was not good they were looking for only those people who were ready to pay high even hotel room conditions was not good at all and we’re not properly organised »

« Really clean room, well situated hotel. Good to stay in McLeod Ganj However, the extra bed is really expensive and for the food it is also expensive compare to the coffees and restaurants in the town »

« Decent hotel for quick business stay of middle level managers »

« Amazing property with well behaved and polite staff. The rooms are very spacious and luxurious. The staff and service is very good and prompt. They provide complimentary hi tea and mehendi. They have private ghat for Gangaji aarti which is very convenient. Overall our stay was very comfortable and highly recommend this property. »

« Hotel was clean, good price, comfortable and next to river Ganges and place was easily accessible »

« Great staff, ready to help. I had a small apso with me, which was welcome in the hotel. Well maintained and a good experience. »

« Lift wasn't working and I travelled with my aged parents so it got quite difficult...pool was filled with dirty water.... electricity was fluctuating throughout 3 days long stays...vehicle parking is also not safe, my car got terriblly scratched while parked in open outside their premises...I doubt someone from hotel staff may have done it since I had altercation with them about poor services that I received..overall it was a very pathetic experience »
