« Arrived and only option was bbq for dinner. Very limited vegetarian options for lunch/dinner. Hotel is very peaceful and all staff extremely helpful. Everyone spoke english and excursions easily arranged. There is no currency exchange available at hotel and closest option is the ferry port by taxi. Over all a very peaceful relaxing week. Would definitely book again. »

« The hotel is very close to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal: very convenient ! It is located opposite to Mega Mall where you can find everything. We were welcomed with a delicious ginger lime cocktail. The staff is extremely kind, very very helpful and smiling which is totally diferent from Singaporean behaviour. The breakfast was delicious, tasty and with a wide variety of products. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely I will visit again. »
