« I came all the way from Hawaii to Australia on my first time visit to the country, the staff at the Mercure is very nice from the workers at the front desk to the the cleaners and the cooks. The continental breakfast is the best. I will always stay here when ever I visit my family in Australia again, thank you staff for the pleasant hospitality. »

« Condo in itself is nice, it’s the management and housekeeping that is lacking 1) impossible to reach the front desk…tried 5 times and was put on hold for more than 15 mins each time.. 2) internet and phone not working for 4 out of 6 days 3) missing towels, soap, ustensiles, bowls, glasses had to call for everything 4) they don’t do daily cleaning! They came once in a week and did not even cleaned the counter or table..only made the bed. Very superficial cleaning crew. 5) the parking is 35$ per...

« A nicely decorated hotel, located near wet and wild and the Featherdale animal park. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Nice lobby with games. However, there is no laundry room, which is definitely a blind spot for a family. Very good restaurant. Défini recommend the breakfast. »

« Hôtel correct, mais l’extérieur/le hall d’entrée principal était en rénovations majeures, donc accès au lobby plutôt compliqué et difficile. Aussi, l’isolation au niveau sonore est très mauvais, nous pouvions entendre les gens des chambres voisines discuter, les télévisions, les gens dans les corridors... bref, apportez des bouchons si vous êtes sensible au bruit! »

« Perfect from check in to check out. Staff were both professional and friendly. Rooms were super comfortable and well appointed. The grounds were lovely to walk around and lots of extra activities - free slushies, marshmellow toasting etc ( it was during school holidays) We had dinner in the Harvest restaurant- outstanding. Food was wonderful, high class service and lovely ambience with a wonderful pianist. It's also worth having breakfast at the hotel. We wish we had stayed longer but will be...

« Très bon accueil très disponible, sans véhicule à déconseiller vu l'éloignement de Sydney(42 km) et des magasins les plus proches. L'accueil vous emmène et va vous rechercher très gentiment au supermarché par exemple et va vous déposer à la ligne de bus. »

« Hotel is clean and comfortable. The off-street parking is the only drawback which I'm use too. Area is a tad rough but proximity to central Parramatta is a bonus. »
