« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set!
Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« Construction in progress balcony had debris from construction on patio blowing at us so we went to the pool. Room was remodeled however there were numerous issues . Patio door took 2 people to open, shower head moved in and out of wall ,adjoining door too room next to our was not lockable as the lock on top of the door would not slide up into the lock position. Whoever was staying next door could enter our room without a key. Good location, nice pool, nice restaurant . Convenient to HarborWalk. »

« This is a brand new apartment one bedroom apartment in Freeport, Florida. That’s very clean and very nice. The building the gym the pool. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect review is when I went to check in at 11 o’clock on Friday night, it takes you through a whole series of steps to check through the check-in process that makes you upload your drivers license front and back. Then you have to get on the clear app to verify your identity. The clear...

« Communicating with the rental property wasn’t good, didn’t receive check in information and had to call multiple times to get different access codes. The property itself was clean and very nice and the beach was private and well maintained. Onsite property management was helpful. »
