« I stayed here for 5D4N and the staff service was impeccable and top notch ! Everywhere you go within the premise, the service staffers were all smiley and greeting you. Not a single scowl or unhappiness and they all seem so happy doing their work! « We were genuinely surprised how highly tech the hotel was. Modern and cleaned. Conveniently located with grand batam mall right beside it. You are able to walk to the mall with the linkage shared between the hotel and mall with no issue. If you have a big family, hotel rooms can be linked with doors in between the rooms. »

« Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par cet établissement. Il propose des transferts gratuits depuis et vers le débarcadère de Nongsa. Les bâtiments s'intègrent très bien dans le paysage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse des réceptionnistes, notre très grande chambre à proximité immédiate de la mer, le buffet du petit déjeuner, les deux piscines, le bar sur la jetée, les repas abordables, la plage et les rochers en granit qui évoquent la Bretagne quand la marée se retire. « The hotel is very close to Batam Centre Ferry Terminal: very convenient ! It is located opposite to Mega Mall where you can find everything. We were welcomed with a delicious ginger lime cocktail. The staff is extremely kind, very very helpful and smiling which is totally diferent from Singaporean behaviour. The breakfast was delicious, tasty and with a wide variety of products. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely I will visit again. »
