„Underwhelming check-in experience with uninterested staff. Had to ask about breakfast to learn that it's not included (which is fine) and to book it. Laughed at the idea of the hotel having an electric charger for cars. The hotel itself is fine although situated almost *on* the road. There's only a small sidewalk between the hotel and a very busy coastal road. We ended up with rooms facing the back which essentially leaves you with no view at all (don't expect to see the vineyards). It was fine ...

"We wanted to escape the heat and also use a Hotels.com reward night (although we still had to pay 80 + 25 for our dog for the 160 CHF standard room) at the end of July. The staff was friendly and when we asked whether there is surely an aircon, since it was under the roof, they went somewhere to confirm and said "Yes the room has aircon". Well, the room did not have aircon! They had removed the remote. It was not super hot in the room, but we were not happy. We were also not happy to find trash under the bed (bad cleaning!) and that the minibar wasn't on (we needed the "fridge" for fruits). We were given a better room, but they said they have a problem with the aircon. Just so you know: THEY DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. However, the room was still fine and not too hot. Surprisingly, the baths were also really nice and refreshing even though it was 34 C outside and the baths are all 30 C+. I would absolutely not recommend it for the full price though."

Situation du lodge un peu à l'écart du village mais c'est justement cela qui est agréable car nous sommes dans la nature. 10-15 min à pied du départ pour les télécabines de la Berneuse. Cuisine bien équipée et bellw vue sur la montagne"
