« Really bummed about this trip. Booked king room with 4 people and when we arrived it was only king bed, no place for our kids to sleep. Front desk wanted to charge extra to move rooms but weren’t even ready.. all activities are for older kids. 6+. When we booked we had to put our kids ages (5 + 3yo) and they couldn’t even participate in the amenities onsite. Hotel room was very grungy. Out dated and very small. « My husband and I needed a get away just for the night. Our stay here was peaceful and serene. We had a beautiful view, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean, food was amazing! It was well worth the money spent even if for a night. My favorite part of a beach hotel stay is being able to go from the ocean to a pool. I loved being able to do that here! I also noticed such a clean smell and they sold scented candles and spray in the gift shop. So nice! »

« This stunning property offers seamless access to both the beach and the pool, making relaxation effortless. The entire team—from the beach staff to the bartenders and servers—is incredibly attentive, engaging, and always ready to help with a smile. We thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular food and drinks at Sundrop! Additionally, the newly renovated rooms are beautifully modern, sleek, and comfortable. St. Pete Beach is truly one of a kind, and this resort made our stay an absolute blast! »

« A six page contract with a ton of strict rules
can’t move furniture, can’t touch tv, can’t leave sand in any place, leave a/c at 78 degrees etc etc., all these subject to fines. My a/c was pouring water all night and was fixed next morning. There is nobody at the hotel you can reach, that’s why everything is virtual. I don’t recommend it if you are looking for a relax vacation. »

« The room was fine, very clean, nothing to complain about. There was a strange TV setup: a Spectrum box with unplugged HDMI cable, a Bose soundbar with a missing battery and a missing remote lid and a modest TV. I had to spend some time to be able to watch the world cup. There is no balcony, but we used handrails of the passage inside the building to dry our swim clothes. The nearest beach is within 5 minutes walk, but the beach is really nice. We'll be happy to come back to this place again. »
