Personnel de l’hôtel très chaleureux, bar et resto-café agréable (les hamburgers sont excellents!!!) , restaurant gastronomique disponible mais ouvert que 3-4 jours par semaine. Si vous sentez une odeur particulière en arrivant dans la chambre , juste à ajouter un peu d’eau dans le drain de la salle de bain situé au plancher et probablement là si le bain débordait. « Loved this property, especially the deck which we used quite a lot! We stayed here 7 days. Parking was 500 m away and included EV charging which we required as we had an EV rented. Easy to use and charging is free on the Faroe Islands!! Great central location for all our day trips. Fabulous kitchen for us to cook which we did most nights. Only complaint was on Saturday night the 2 pubs nearby got very loud around 2 in the morning. But the 2nd bedroom would have been quiet. We also had a...

« Le logement n'était pas très facile à trouver car "caché" derrière une société de location de voiture. Cela fait une drôle d'impression au départ. Mais à l'intérieur, l'appartement est vraiment très bien. Les informations données pour récupérer la clé n'étaient pas les bonnes. Heureusement, nous sommes arrivés au moment où la femme de ménage partait. Elle a pu nous aider et nous donner les bons codes. »

« Loved my stay here! Although I traveled solo, there is sufficient room for a large family/group. The view of the fjord is extraordinary, and I found myself sitting and watching the beautiful wildlife for hours. I took this photo on August 27th in the Faroe Islands. This waterfall is one of the most picturesque and well-visited sights there. And one of the highlights of my trip! It was a dream to visit the Faroes and especially this waterfall. Am so glad I finally did :). And while popular with photographers it is still quite isolated! And compared to the waterfalls of Iceland it is not nearly as popular. Same with the Faroe Islands as a whole. And there was just a few other tourists when I was there at sunset. Also, before the completion of a tunnel in about 2006 this waterfall was even less visited as one had to travel over the mountains to get there. A much harder journey. But the scenery is incredible on the way! And even more so when you are there :).
