„Stayed there a couple times. Nice clean rooms,friendly staff and beautiful decorations through the whole place. Walking around feels almost like being in a jungle labyrinth. In the center is a nice open space with the opportunity to meet nice and interesting people all day long. Will come back again.“

„The staff was AMAZING, they were so helpful when we had to unexpectedly jet back to Lima for the PCR test that was unavailable in Iquitos. They somehow hustled up our laundry, washed and folded ( which I was preparing to abandon) even as we flew out the door for the airport. Too bad we could not have stayed longer. “

„This is by far one of my favorite places to stay in iquitos. I travel for work to iquitos every few months and I only stay here. It has its pros and cons. The staff is just amazing to me. I can get demanding at times with them, but they always pull through. I talk to them on whats app and arrange my stay and they always accomidate me. The rooms have amazing AC and keeps the room freezing for me. The pool is quiet and nice. I usually bring a few beers with me and relax there. The hotel itself ...

„The expectations are pretty low in Iquitos, but this hotel managed to slip UNDER them. Staff was unaware of my reservation (having a digital copy of the Hotels.com receipt saved me) and just seemed unable to make things happen. I asked numerous times if I should just go somewhere else, but they seemed powerless to even enable that decision. The room was dirty (stained sheets and hair in the sink drains) and the towels wet. That last point can be forgiven in the jungle, but not when piled ...

"Komfortables Hotel im Zentrum, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig Wir hatten eine Suite im 5 Stock, sehr gutes Bad, bequemes Bett, alles sehr sauber Das Frühstück ist ok Was das Management unbedingt abstellen muss ist die unerträglich laute Livemusik vornehmlich am Wochenende, das Hotel ist innen offen über alle Etagen und der Krach dringt so bis in die letzten Etagen und macht das Schlafen unmöglich "
