„Location excellent. Grounds and gardens beautiful with plenty of wildlife. Cottage quaint but in need of modernisation. Kitchen basic but needs new drawers as couldn't open many. Not much surface space to prepare food on. No where to keep supplies purchased other than work surfaces and fridge. Shower was not great, needs to be attached to the wall. Could do with a proper electric one to be honest. Bathroom bin not emptied from previous occupier. No wifi and phone signal not great. Not always a ...

Parking can be difficult if you have more than one car but we just put one of ours in the public carpark for the week (£21) so wasn't much of an issue. The beautiful scenery and lovely walks were just what I needed, and Bow Street was a great home-base for me as I did not need a car and could walk to the village for groceries and take the bus or train to surrounding areas.
