When I got there, I had to stand outside. I arrived during business hours according to the sign, but the door was locked. I rang the doorbell to see if I could get some help, but no one came. So, I called them and then they said they would send someone out. Overall, I waited outside about 5 minutes.
The room was ok but had a strong perfume smell that made me feel like smells were being masked in the room. The couch had a visible rip in it. Mirrors were crooked, there is a huge gap under the room door where it's easy to see daylight. The shower pressure was low.
All in all, I made it work, but this place could certainly be better. If you're just looking for a place to crash, it'll do.
If you're going to stay here, I recommend ear plugs for the noise, that you bring your own shampoo (theirs hurt my scalp, which doesn't normally happen when I travel), and that you arrive knowing it may be a bit before you are taken care of.
