Im Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi erlebten wir eine rundum gelungene Auszeit. Der Kids Club war nicht nur ein einfacher Spielbereich, sondern ein wahres Paradies für die kleinen Gäste. Mit engagierten Betreuern und abwechslungsreichen Aktivitäten verging die Zeit für die Kinder wie im Flug. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der exzellente Service am Pool. Das Personal war stets präsent, aufmerksam und erfüllte unsere Wünsche mit einem Lächeln. Die Atmosphäre am Poolbereich war entspannt, und die Poolbar sorgte für erfrischende Getränke. Die Kombination aus erstklassigem Service, kinderfreundlichen Angeboten und einer angenehmen Poolumgebung macht das Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi zu einer empfehlenswerten Adresse. Unsere Bewertung: Sehr gut. Die kulinarischen Erlebnisse im Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi waren ein weiterer Höhepunkt unseres Aufenthalts. Das Hotel überzeugte nicht nur durch die Qualität der Speisen, sondern auch durch die Vielfalt der angebotenen Gerichte. Jede Mahlzeit war ein Genuss, und die abwechslungsreiche Auswahl sorgte dafür, dass wir stets neue kulinarische Entdeckungen machen konnten. Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen bot das Restaurant eine breite Palette an Köstlichkeiten, die verschiedenen Geschmäckern gerecht wurden. Die Küche spiegelte Kreativität und Qualität wider, und das freundliche Personal trug dazu bei, dass jede Mahlzeit zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis wurde. Insgesamt war die gastronomische Erfahrung im Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi ausgezeichnet.

Der Ausblick auf das Meer aus dem Zimmer war wunderschön, der Strandabschnitt ist klein, aber fein und das Frühstücksbuffett sehr groß und lecker. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht, es gibt einige Aktivitäten gerade für Kinder und unser Aufenthalt war toll!

The hotel seems to cater for mainly Russians. The all inclusive concept available seems to bring down the quality of what would be an incredible hotel. Would be nice to have some English children’s channels seeing as the hotel is meant to cater for families. The pools by the afternoon were dirty - rubbish, food and hair and a thin sheet of what looks like a combination of dirt and sunscreen floating around the edges in the big family pool. The Rixy kids club is a bit erratically run with some staff members forcing children to take part in activities. Food is very average in the buffet restaurants. The rooms are well styled and furnished to a high standard. Lots to like and lots to improve on!

Mooi hotel wat opvallend door zijn architectuur. Als je het vanuit de stad zie liggen denk je “hier moet je zijn” Plus punten: Netjes, schoon Persoon vriendelijke en behulpzaam Gratis fruit en ijsjes heel de middag door Mooi zandstrand Dichtbij marina mall 5min lopen. Lekker eten (voornamelijk turkse keuken) Min punten: Eten drinken erg duur €8 voor frisdrank €25 voor een pizza Personeel aan het strand doet letterlijk niks! De zee is afgescheiden door soort van een berm. Hierdoor staat het water stil wat er voor zorgt dat de bodem niet lekker aanvoelt je voelt letterlijk het mos. Heel veeeeeel kinderen ☺️

Loved the hotel and the facilities provided. It was extremely clean and the views were beautiful. Did not really like how we got kicked out of the "adult pool". All of the other pools were extremely cold and we were told we cannot swim in the adult pool with our kids. We spent 2 nights at the hotel and couldn't swim. When I tried to explain to the life guards that we really want to swim, they ended up calling security - not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. I brought this issue to the reception and they mentioned it was being investigated. I did not hear from them after that.

Night stands don’t not have USB charging, very inconvenient. Desk power outlet is deficient. The least enjoyable part of our stay was that there was no night lights in the bathroom or anywhere, even the dimming mode in the bathroom presented an uncomfortable sleeping and resting experience, folding translucent bathroom door panels are immediately next to the bed, extremely poor design. Hotel has a good looking pool and has its own protected beach, the Marina Mall is just across the street, location was very good and the building looks kind of like the Atlantis The Palm in Dubai. We picked the hotel because of the pool and the shape of the hotel. Seafood buffet was not impressive, none of the seafood including crabs, shrimps and mini lobsters were not fresh, I didn’t even touch any of them the second day… I would give it a 3 star for our two night stay experience.

Arrived at the hotel @ 1pm.... waited 2 hours before room was made available.... No problem!!!! But we were given 2 beds for 2 adults and 2 children (10 and 6). After numerous requests.... advised to use a cot for a 6 year old. Eventually....2 hours wasted, given a different room after i provided proof of email that a bed each was requested prior to our stay and confirmation was received. Even this different room was same size.... but 3 single beds.... maybe double beds, but were too small for 4 people. Crazy!!!! Oh yes, we were told that in the email correspondence from the hotel.... it stated subject to availability. When booking was made..... or clearly stated room suitable for 4... Wish i knew from before!!!! Customer Service Not great..... Decent prayer room facilities, nice beach. Room was a tad dirty, worn out. Certain staff members were very good... helpful. Food was good, but limited in some areas.... I'm only comparing with hilton, where we stayed prior to arriving at Rixos.

The staff were attentive and accomodating. The children enjoyed the kids club and nightly disco entertainment. The facilities were accessible and of a high standard. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.
