« Aucune nourriture à partir du 3e jour de notre séjour. Il y avait seulement du café, barres tendres et quelques wnceloppes de gruau Quaker. Au 4e jour, plus rien : seulement du café. Le manager n'a pas fait les achats pour renouveler les stocks. Les employés espéraient même pour nous que cela se fasse, mais rien ne s'est passé comme on souhaitait. »

« The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor...

« A mon arrivée, on m'a dit de partir me chercher un autre hôtel car Expédia avait sur-booké ma chambre. Après avoir insisté, on m'a donnée une autre chambre avec un seul lit, alors que j'avais réservé 2 lits. On m'a alors dit que ma "vraie" chambre serait prête demain. Le lendemain matin, on m'a dit que ma chambre n'était pas prête car il y avait des gens dedans, qui ne voulaient pas partir mais que ce serait réglé le soir puisque la police viendrait les sortir. « We had booked at this hotel for more than 2 months and arrived at the hotel we learned that they no longer had any rooms because they were overbooked (we were 5 people). They transferred us to another hotel (only 1 room for 4 people) and we had to negotiate for 2 hours to get an extra bed... never again this hotel.
