Villetta del Maestrale: Located within the Rena Majore residential complex, we are offering a small villa for rent, situated about 1 km from the beach (as the crow flies). Nestled in the Mediterranean scrub and surrounded by a pleasant atmosphere of privacy and tranquility, the cottage is accessed via a short, picturesque 5–6-meter path through a charming juniper grove.

The Cottage:

- Capacity: Sleeps up to 5.
- Living Area: Comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchenette.
- Sleeping Area (air-conditioned – 2 bedrooms):
- 1 air-conditioned double bedroom.
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and an additional loft bed
- Bathroom: 1 full bathroom with a shower.

Outdoor Areas:

- Covered veranda equipped for outdoor dining.
- Private garden: Fully fenced (no lawn) with a barbecue area, perfect for relaxing.
- Outdoor shower: Very convenient for cooling off after a day at the beach.

Useful Information and Terms & Conditions:

- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in and check-out are NOT available on SUNDAYS.
- Accessibility: The entrance is private and accessible on foot via a short path (5–6 m) through the juniper trees.
- Car: Required to get around and explore the most beautiful beaches along the coast.
- Linens (bed/bath): Not included. You can bring your own from home or rent them on-site for €20 per person per week.
- Pets: Allowed for an additional fee of €50.
- Tourist tax: €2.00 per person per night for a maximum of 10 consecutive days (children under 12 are exempt).
