Stayed Jan 7-20, 2026. The condo is just as described in the photos, with the exception of the washer and dryer being newer than pictured. I can understand why all the reviews are excellent. Edwin was great to deal with. He provided the access information AND navigation instructions to the property prior to arrival in Puerto Rico. He answered any questions we had, and checked with us half way thru our stay to ensure all was going well.The property was clean and well cared for. There's an open garage stall to use, which also had several low style beach chairs, three comfortable zero gravity loungers and an assortment of pool toys. The pool area is small, but there were only other people there one day. The building sits on a hill overlooking the Caribbean. We didn't run the A/C except to cool the bedrooms at night as there was always a breeze. There are three restaurants down the hill (by road) less than a quarter mile walk. Watch for falling iguanas!!! One day while walking down the hill for lunch, two iguanas were tussling in a tree and one of them fell over 30ft to the ground. Strange to see, but it wasn't hurt and just walked away. There's a grocery store less than a mile which has a very good selection of fruits, vegetables and meat. We did a lot of wandering around the north and west end of the island. Lots of beaches inside a 10 mile radius of Rincon, Aguada, and Aguadilla. Would not hesitate to recommend this property..
