"Hotel bien placé, propre malgré la moquette jamais aspirée en 3 nuits. Personnels non souriants mais il semblerait que c'est dans toute la Bulgarie et réponse sèche. Petit déjeuner fourni de moyenne qualité. Piscine et espace SPA, Hammam et Sauna est un vrai plus. Cela serait bien de mettre un message à l'accueil et à l'entrée de la puscine que passer par la douche avant d'entrer dans la piscine est OBLIGATOIRE. Pour l'hygiène et pour le respect des autres personnes. The hotel is well-located and clean, although the carpet wasn't cleaned in three nights. The staff weren't very friendly, but apparently that's common throughout Bulgaria, and their responses were curt. The breakfast provided was of average quality. The pool and spa area, including the hammam and sauna, are a real plus. It would be helpful to post a sign at reception and at the pool entrance stating that showering before entering the pool is MANDATORY. This is for hygiene and out of respect for other guests."
