« The hotel is good and the front desk staff were very helpful. The decor is a little dated, but the room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The only disappointment that I had was the discrimination by the liquor shop staff against foreign visitors trying to get a drink. The property owners should remove the family running this off license as they are rude (especially the women owner) and make it impossible to get a liquor license. I would recommend foreign visitors to chose a different hotel...

« We've stayed here because the rating was excellent, 9.0/10.0. But the hotel is mediocre; room was small, in need of some room upgrade. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, especially the supervisor looked grumpy, directing his staff in unfriendly manners. I'd have to say it wasn't terrible, but the rating was very misleading that caused my disappointment. No western food for breakfast, but very many western food n nearby. Definately something to consider when you choose this hotel. »

« Staff in the breakfast area were lovely and so helpful. Staff at reception were brilliant when it came to helping us arrange our airport shuttle and getting all our luggage loaded into the cars. Cleanliness of the room could have been better. Bathroom floor was never really cleaned properly during our 3night stay, plus drainage smell from the toilet. »

« A secure hotel. Helpful staff. Hotel is popular amongst auto rickshaws and Uber. Banks situated outside the hotel, to exchange your foreign currency, where you get a better rate. »

« This property requires lot’s of fixes. For a 4 star hotel, I was expecting much more cleanliness, you can see the layers of dust on top of the trims. There were broken floor transitions, broken wall paneling, broken trims and I even saw broken ceiling tiles, wallpaper seams were visible. So, for the price I paid I didn’t get the quality of the service or the quality property conditions. You can smell the cigarette smoke in some rooms. I can’t write everything that was wrong here either. »

« hotel remis au goût du jour, problème de taille: quand vous éteignez la lumière, les prises électriques sont hors tension... Dur de charger son matériel pendant la nuit!!! Petit déjeuner et self proposant un large choix de nourriture indienne, occidentale et chinoise. Un restaurant indien typique et tes bon au 9ème étage. Il y a ici indiqué une navette gratuite pour l'aéroport... Impossible à trouver une fois sur place... Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont très bruyantes »
