This single-level ranch-style home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including an attached private suite ideal for multi-generational stays or added flexibility.

The open living and dining areas provide inviting space to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen makes group meals easy and enjoyable. Large windows bring in natural light and views of the surrounding property.

Meadowlark Sierra Retreat is located in a quiet rural mountain setting. All bedrooms include exterior access doors for added convenience and ventilation.

As with many Sierra foothill properties, occasional utility interruptions may occur due to weather or regional conditions. The home is equipped with emergency supplies should they ever be needed.

The property operates on a private well and gravity-fed water system, which is common in this area and provides reliable service. Guests are simply encouraged to use water thoughtfully during their stay.
• Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

• Registered guests only. The maximum occupancy of 12 guests may not be exceeded without prior approval.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to preserve the peaceful rural setting.

• Parties and events are not permitted.

• Well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. A $100 per pet fee applies. Pets must be supervised and may not cause damage to the home or property.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home or anywhere on the property.

• Parking is limited to the paved driveway area only.

• Outdoor wood fires are NOT permitted. we have provided a propane fire ring for your use.

• Please use the hot tub and BBQ responsibly and follow posted safety guidelines. If it is discovered upon checkout that the spa was abused a `drain and fill fee` will be assessed of $300.00.

• The property operates on a private well system typical of rural homes. Guests are asked to use water thoughtfully during their stay.

• Please treat the home, furnishings, and surrounding land with care and return any moved outdoor furniture to its original placement.
