« There was a loud construction noise coming from another room in the villa when we checked in at 7pm. The host messaged me saying that the noise would stop soon. It stopped for a few minutes but then started again and continued until about 9 pm. It then started again early on the following morning and continued until our check-out at 11 pm. »

« This was an outstanding property. I would highly recommend it to couples or families. The location is perfect--you can walk into the centro to grocery shop, visit a cafe or meander the charming town, and you can just as easily walk down to the beach. A paved foot path takes you down to the town where you have dozens of restaurants, cafes and access to the Via Verde. The host was lovely and helpful. San Vito Chietino is a charming holiday location and this property is a gem! »

« Ettore is incredible. Great guy. He was having an electrical problem when we arrived. We had booked the place to do laundry above all. Unfortunately we kept tripping a breaker as we did so. Poor Ettore must have reset it 40 times but we got the laundry done and he restarted the machine a couple of times for us. Thanks Ettore! Great eggs »
