This house had everything and was in a great location! Upon entry you can tell the care and pride they have in this home. It was incredibly clean, smelled great, and had everything you could possibly need! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the linens were so nice and soft. The kitchen was stocked, the bathrooms had more towels and washcloths than you could need, they had the nice toilet paper, and there was a nice assortment of games and books! The layout of the bedrooms was great, the gathering areas were welcoming and the comfort of the over all house was amazing! I did have to reach out to the owner to clarify about recycling and got an immediate answer, McKayla was on top of it! Great place to hang out with friends and family while also having the ability to explore!

Absolutely wonderful property in a charming, walkable neighborhood! The host has clearly put a great deal of thought and care into every detail—and it truly shows. From the fully stocked kitchen and laundry area to the multiple cozy conversation spaces, everything is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed, and the shower pressure is simply the best. You will not be disappointed—this home is a gem!

20 minutes from Blossom Music Center!

Had a beautiful stay. Came in for a concert. A quick 20 minute ride to the concert. The house was immaculately cleaned, and they provide sound spas for every room!! Would definitely stay there again.

Great quick trip

We came as a group of 7 adults from Pittsburgh to stay after hiking at Cuyahoga Valley National Park. This house was perfect for us because it was close to the park, had plenty of space for us to all stay together, and was clean with great amenities. I would book again if we come back to the area!

Wonderful Stay

Our group had an excellent stay at this wonderful house. Beautiful old style Akron home that has been updated/renovated very nicely. The house was decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch and really made us feel at home. A great place to stay when in Akron and we recommend.

One night visit

Very thorough instructions on check in and check out, easy to find, very clean, pretty house, good location to the Blossom Music Festival. We drove up from Columbus to see the Cleveland Orchestra play the LOTR soundtrack so we only needed one night. Firm beds.

Akron Highlands

The owners have lovingly restored this home and have made a very comfortable retreat in the Akron/Highlands area. Things that can't be helped is the neighborhood and the streets 'nightlife'. We found ourselves a little uneasy about walking around past dark and were woken up a few times overnight with music, cars and neighboring parties. Hence our 4 out of 5 rating. Also this home isn't for anyone that is physically challenged by stairs.

Very cute property!

Very clean and updated house! Everything you need is in this house including fun puzzles and games. We stayed here to visit Cuyahoga National Park and attend a concert at Blossom. The location was very convenient for us!

Holiday Visit

Very nice and clean colonial home. We found everything we needed for our long weekend stay. This home has been upgraded and is in great shape. If you or someone you are traveling with is challenged by stairs, know there are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground level. Would stay here again.

A Perfect Week

Our family of 5 came from CO to stay for a week, celebrating grandpa’s 80th birthday. Having this house as our home base was absolutely perfect! Plenty of space for everyone, a well appointed kitchen, laundry, and attentive hosts that went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to visit family! Highly recommended! A+!

Great house

This house was perfect for our stay. The owners did a great job of remodeling the house. It has all the charm of an older home, but has been completely upgraded. We were in town to visit extended family, who live all over Akron, and the location in a centralized area made getting around easy. We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Akron.

Bang for your buck

So where do I begin the host was awesome allowed us to check in early… The home is on a quiet street we found it rather easy it’s furnished nicely there were snacks and water available upon our arrival we were able to control the temperature in the home the bedrooms were nice and cozy very cozy/personal space the kitchen and living room area where very comfortable there’s a area for kids in the basement the backyard and sun deck are huge the only thing I had trouble wit are curtains the sun room and the side the kitchen are on as I approached the home at night with lights on I could see straight into the home but I noticed all the other houses in the street had no curtains up either lol overall this home is a must get

Clean and fresh and convenient to central Akron

My son and his family are in Akron and we used the house for our family Christmas. The house is very nice, has a great flow for entertaining and was extremely well equipped. Even had some holiday decorations up!! I will use this house for future entertaining.
