„Great location if you want to explore the 100 islands as well as wanting to go to Bolinao & Patar beach to name a few. I wish we could've stayed longer. The Villa is amazing. „My family had a wonderful time in this beachfront property. Direct access to the clear turquoise patar beach offering inviting warm swimming waters even at 5 am is just magical. We mostly had the wide strech of the beach for ourselves during our 3 days stay ecxept for a few locals and fresh fish vendors passing by. We enjoyed dining in the nipa hut ouside the villa as well as the videoke rental in the property. The care takers were nice and responsive. The 2nd bathroom is actually outside the ...

„Bad location, you go through a very rough and dangerous road, very far from everything and difficult to locate.The house is too small and dangerous to stay because of the location , when there is a storm or strong wind , just like when we stayed, the house rattles and you cannot sleep with the noise of the roof.The kitchen utensils are dirty, soaking with water when we arrived so you cannot trust the rest are clean.The cottage does not provide something in case of brown out ( no electricity when ...
