« The restaurant in the hotel online said they closed at 10pm. I went at 9 pm and they were closed. They said it was due to being slow. If it wasn’t for this I would’ve given all 5s. We had to order a pizza and it wasn’t delivered until 10:45 pm. »

« The shuttle service is perfect: quick and convenient, 24h. The breakfast was delicious, hot wafles, omelettes and toasts, among others. The check out is at noon, which makes it much easier than the usual 11h am. Our only problems were with the special requests we had made through expedia that had not been checked by the hotel, so we had no baby crib and no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived. »
