« Starters we didn’t receive check in information until an hour before we could check in. After checking in a few left to grab groceries and others stayed back to swim a bit. After swimming they chose to take a quick shower and found huge bugs which I understand that a few bugs is one thing and that palm beetles happen in the area but 7 dead bugs and 2 live that ran and a few resembled cockroaches and large ones at that was all we could take we left after 3 hours maybe 4 we did receive a refund...

« I booked the castle several of our agencies clients who work in entertainment. We’re a hard group to impress - the actors are used to 5-star accommodations, and I’ve spent time studying the Middle Ages. But every single guest who stayed at or stopped by the property was blown away by the attention to detail, the comfort, and the immersive feel of this rental. Yamil is an exceptional host.
