Renoviertes altes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Das historische Gebäude ist komplett renoviert, allerdings nicht besonders originell. Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Stadtmitte. Parken oder auch nur Halten vor dem Hotel ist schwierig. Es gibt eine enge Parkgarage auf der Rückseite (16€). Wäre schön gewesen, wir hätten das vor der Ankunft schon gewusst.

Good Hotel, bad breakfast
A very nice hotel in the middle of the city. Very friendly staff at the reception. The room was spacious and comfortable. Only the breakfast could be improved, doesn't´t match with the quality of the hotel. Was very poor.

Hotel staff was courteous and professional. Room was a little bit dated, but well maintained. Room was reasonably comfortable. Access to parking was very poor. I spent 20 frustrating minutes driving in circles trying to find parking.

We found it tricky to locate as it is across the plaza. Parking was on a pedestrianised road and not easy to locate. Service was fine. Room was clean and it was close to the centre. Disappointed that the expedia description of the offer was not as described. Hotel had no idea of what package was being sold. Breakfast was ok- cafeteria would have been good and cheaper. Coffee and juice was good. Would choose elsewhere in future.

Hotel impressive from the outside
Good location near train station annd cathedral. Hotel impressive from the outside but no big deal in the lobby or the rooms. Rather dated although clean and comfortable. Maybe that’s all that counts.. but if you like a little pizazz, it’s not the place. The restaurant is not special but 2 taps restaurants nearby, both called Tapa Negra.

Abierto o cerrado. Pero no las dos cosas.
Ausencia de los servicios mínimos de un cuatro estrellas. Y mucho menos para una habitación supuestamente Premium. Poca profesionalidad, no por trato sino por formación. Cobro indebido de aparcamiento supuestamente incluido en el precio según la oferta. Deberían mejorarse ascensor y sanitarios. Cierre de Cafeteria en horario normal de servicio de desayuno. Posiblemente por falta de personal. Una pena. La mejor ubicación y el hotel más bonito, pero perdida de un buen perfil de cliente.

Perdidos en un lugar llamado Albacete
Nuestra estancia ha sido agradable, la habitación era amplia, cómoda, buen armario te permitía guardar todo, y el baño a pesar de tener bañera era cómodo salir y entrar de ella. El desayuno era variado con especial mención el zumo de naranja recién exprimido estaba muy bueno. El restaurante, comimos un día y la verdad la experiencia fue muy buena. Es un hotel muy céntrico y merece la pena alojarse en el.

Hotel en el mismo centro de Albacete. Es un edificio antiguo pero muy bien conservado. Cerca de todo. Están de obras en todo el centro de Albacete y llegar al hotel es toda una aventura. Mejor utilizar un parking del centro y llegar a pie.

Excellent situated in the center
The hotel is situated in the center of the city. Room size is good and everything was clean. Check in service very helpful. There is maintenance outside the hotel, september 2021, which is really noisy. But they start first at 8.30 so I think it’s ok.
