Downside first: the local council's cleaning track comes at 6:30am for cleaning the street every morning, it was so noisy even with the double glazing for over half an hour.
The beds are comfortable but it makes noises whenever you move or turn in bed.
We are party of four but the cleaning lady only left 2 sets of towels in one of the room. We contacted the management team they said they would sort it out and asked us not to worry. But nothing came the first night. We have to share towels. We asked for the towels again on the second day and the management team said the cleaning lady had definitely left 4 sets and as if we can not count up to four, anyway after a complain the 2 sets of towels were delivery late in the evening but still insist they did leave four sets. I don't know why they want to argue about 2 sets of towels with their customer? I told them it is not something so valuable, just deliver the towels and problem solved; you have a happy customer, why bother saying anything else.
The air con failed in the middle of the first night until mid days on the second day. They sent an engineer to fix it , also the shower curtain fell off from the wall in the en-suite, we have to use the main bathroom for shower. The engineer fixed this problem too.
They also said the the towels would be changed in the middle of the week but we waited, waited, the towels were changed almost at end of the week of our stay, ie, the 5th day.
Otherwise, the apartment is very spacious, modern, clean, big kitchen, washing and hang drying facilities are a plus (we cleaned our clothes before the departure so we don't need to wash dirty clothes when we are back). I would give it 5 stars if we didn't experience those problems above.
