  • The search stops here! Wonderful 3 bedroom home in Uptown with an amazing backyard that is close to everything Albuquerque has to offer. After a long day of exploring you can grill some food at the outdoor kitchen and then relax in the hot tub. New putting green just added! TV's with high speed internet so you can stream your favorite shows or hook up your gaming system. Refrigerated air and gas burning fireplace. Tons of outdoor living in both the front and back of the home. ***NO PARTIES ALLOWED. PLEASE NO SMOKERS. NO PETS. Any events, family gatherings, smoking or vaping will result in an automatic $500 fine. Maximum occupancy is 6 as set by the City of Albuquerque.

    HOT TUB DISCLOSURE
    Please take into consideration that the hot tub is available year round. The cover must be unclipped at all sides and utilize the cover removal assist bar to lift open. Please keep your eyes on children. Do not sit in the hot tub for more than 30 minutes at a time. When booking this property, you agree to the following: GUESTS USE THE HOT TUB AT THEIR OWN RISK AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY.

Gorgeous, well appointed home with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furnishings, great hot tub and outdoor games and all in a location convenient to shops and restaurants. The hosts were absolutely fabulous and very welcoming.

The house was fantastic during our recent spring break trip as a family of 5. The back yard really is the highlight and we spent all our time out there. The kids loved the hot tub and yard games. Loved the extra New Mexico mural too that made it feel like a little oasis. Communication with the owner/mgt company was easy and check out list was pretty simple. Location is great with tons of restaurants nearby and a Trader Joe’s and target for groceries. Highly recommend this place!

Property was great: super clean, very well equipped for our stay. Terrific hosts went out of their way to accomodate. We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas of the premises and the fact that the location was close to all the attractions in Albuquerque!

The house was great and exactly what was advertised. The issue we had was that the outside was under constant surveillance by the owner/manager. That is very invasive and it made me concerned about having my teenagers in swimsuits in the hot tub knowing people were watching. One of the reasons I usually rent whole houses is for the privacy.

Our stay was exceptional everything you need to relax. The house is very cozy and beds are comfortable. The back yard is so relaxing. And the place is so close to everything. Host was awesome answered every question I had and when I emailed got back to you quickly. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Something for everyone

This property is great. The backyard with hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and even a putting green is something for everyone. We were visiting family and have dinner outside was really relaxing since the kids could eat dinner and watch a big screen tv outdoors.
