Villa Can Xanet de Baix by Villa Plus

Villa Can Xanet de Baix is a charming traditional Spanish villa with 4 bedrooms, a fantastic pool, and a spacious garden offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. Located between Pollensa and Alcudia, you have the best of both worlds: the quaint cobbled streets and historic charm of Pollensa, around a 10 minute drive away, and the livelier atmosphere of Alcudia with its shops and restaurants, approximately a 15 minute drive. The long sandy beach at Alcudia can be reached in around 15 minutes by car, while the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa is about a 20 minute drive. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Can Xanet de Baix is a detached villa located on the outskirts of the Pollensa countryside, close to the popular and lively resort of Alcudia. The resorts' port, old town and centre are all with a 15 minute drive, but you can also easily reach Pollensa Old Town and the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa  by car. A huge choice of eating places, both traditional and contemporary, can be found in the local area, as well as a choice of fantastic beaches, golf courses and attractions.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.20 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa air conditioning units have been fitted with Eco Sensors. Once each unit is turned on, the supply of AC/Heating is motion activated.
