« The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. The courtyard garden was unloved and the patio furniture was dirty. The flowerpots outside the front door were full of weeds,...

« Lovely house. Beautifully decorated. Fantastic location. Central to Everything. Spotlessly clean. Everything that we needed. Bed comfortable. Lovely to wake up and see the sea from bed. Great shower with good towels. Great communication from owners. »

« Excellent house -very comfortable , well -equipped and a very convenient location on the main street with shops/ cafes etc close by. Only downside was that the outside space / yard at the back was very limited , and even during the lovely weather we had during our stay, it was somewhat gloomy! However it was only a short stroll to the beach …. Parking not a problem , although limited to 2 hours during the day outside the house , there was plenty of space near the White Lion hotel on the front....

« Our family stayed at the property in May 2024 and had a great time. The house is excellent and has everything you would expect of a property in this price range.The location is great, close to Aldeburgh and with easy access to the other local towns and amenities. I would definitely recommend this property for someone looking for a nice family vacation in a quiet area with easy access to days out such as Jimmy's farm. »
