Direkt nach der Buchung bekamen wir eine E Mail vom Hotel ob wir Wünsche oder Besonderheiten hätten. Da meine Frau Glutenfrei Essen muss gaben wir das an. Es kam keine E Mail zurück,also dachten wir es wäre angekommen . Im Hotel sprach ich bei Ankunft mit der Rezeption sowie mit der Küche. Aber nix passierte. „We enjoyed the beach and the sea, but it would be better if the hotel could find a way to remove the seaweed. The beach towels provided by the hotel were disappointing, as they had many large, unsightly stains. On the positive side, we appreciated the all-inclusive services and the friendly staff at the bars who served drinks.
