KAI CHUN您好 非常感謝您的撥冗留言，房間內的浴巾是提供紙浴巾，不過房內告示牌有寫說如果需要大條布浴巾也可以跟我們索取喔，可能帶您進房的時候忘記提醒您，這個部份我們會再注意，因為疫情所以我們現在的房價都把早餐扣除掉，民宿附近用餐機能都還算方便，造成不便也感謝您諒解，歡迎下次再來玩唷!

Hi Suzanne, thank you for your comment. We took in consideration the what Peter said about the bathroom and we found a solution to make it less slippery. On our introduction page we indicated that we are 45 minutes away from the park, I guess it's just too bad that you did not pay attention to it. After all that we talked, I took me time to explain you about how to get around to maximise your time but you still rate us 6 out of 10 which I think is really unfair and does not reflect the reality of your stay and experience with us. I was expecting a higher rating from you especially that you keep saying that you were really impressed by the service. Best regards, Dany and Dora
