« Property was clean and staff was excellent but property is in an isolated spot and surrounding is not very good for for walking or moving around. It’s also far from the airport so not that convenient. Also I wish they had more authentic food . »

« Staff attitude was excellent. Check in experience was excellent. Property is in good shape. The disappointment was in the bed, which matters the most when you’re traveling. The bed sheets were worn out and had stains all over (quite disgusting). When I lifted the bed cover at night I noticed the bed sheet wasn’t changed from the previous stay (crumpled up). Extremely disgusting. Just ended up sleeping on top of the bed cover instead. Had a terrible sleepless night. »

Mais nous sommes en Inde, et particulièrement dans une région proche d'une frontière sensible, et il est important de pouvoir séjourner dans un endroit sécurisé, c'est le cas ici. Le personnel est très accueillant. »

« Présenté à l'hôtel, selon instructions de l'employé d'Hotels.com, avec numéro de réservation. Mauvais accueil à l'hôtel. Client renvoyé parce que numéro de réservation ne les concernait pas, selon eux! Pas permis de consulter messagerie personnelle afin de leur montrer réservation. Pas accepté qu'un taxi soit appelé pour quitter l'hôtel ( c'était tard dans la soirée) . »

« Room had no telephone, to get reception you have to call the hotel using own phone. Electric receptacle for plugs were so loose that plugs got disconnected. There is no hot water. Both washbasin and commode let out dirt laden water for sometime. Seams like room was not used for sometime or toilets were not attended to for some time. The TV was not operative without paying and activating the hotels account with the cable company. Only good thing is that the fan and a/c worked. The price I paid...

« Room condition is very bad. Broken bathrooms. Overall hotel is very clean and staff behaviour is ok. Food options is very less. Not worth the price that you pay online. What I realised is that there is a big difference in online and direct hotel price. I booked from Expedia and I was offered exactly half the price of the rooms at the hotel. »
