« The entire process was very easy, convenient and welcoming. The property was amazing, as advertised and so many little added features to make one feel at home. Would definitely recommend and I would absolutely stay here again if in the Cookeville area. The host made sure that everything needed was available and was extremely helpful. »

« We fished High School State Championship on Dale Hollow lake. The barn accommodations were great for us. It was safe so we didn’t have to worry about security of our boat or stuff. The property is absolutely beautiful. If we go back to Dale Hollow this is the first place we will check for availability. »

« This was a perfect spot and home for our vacation with adult kids. The little details were great. Some coffee provided, lots of towels and other things we usually have to bring that were already provided. It wsd cozy yet gave everyone some privacy. Recommend highly. »

« Great place to stay close to the state park. Enjoyed coffee each morning on the covered back porch while the fog lifted. Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. »

« The road getting to cabin was treacherous and difficult to find so definetly get good directions from host. Also the steps going up to second level is straight up like a ladder and very narrow just fyi. Cabin is decorated pretty and was very clean. »
