Rock Lobster Part 2

Once again we had a fantastic stay at Rock Lobster, great amenities and the view is exceptional, especially the sunrise. Craster offers a great base for walking and the local pub brilliant food. Rock Lobster gave us all the comfort, warmth, relaxation and time to recharge our batteries. Thanks again for letting us stay their.

One of the best holiday properties ever!!

Rock Lobster is definitely one of the best holiday properties we’ve ever stayed in! The location is incredible – literally just yards from the sea – and we were blessed with a week of absolutely beautiful weather. The kitchen is fantastically well-equipped; the beds super-comfy; furnishings really smart; views to die for; loads of hot water; luxurious towels and bedlinen; an outdoor table and chairs for use in good weather; an upstairs seating area with a stunning view of the seas; an amazing house in absolutely every way imaginable!

This is a lovely house with great views, very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a great weekend break. There are some good local walks to do and the pub in the village does a great fish platter

Another amazing stay

Stayed for a long weekend with family. Our 3rd booking with Catch the Breeze. The position overlooking the sea is unrivaled with large kitchen/living/dining area where the family could come together to eat, drink and socialise. The bedrooms are all pretty much the same so no fighting over who has the best. The downstairs bathroom is separate to one of the bedrooms but gorgeous and next door. The upstairs living room is the highlight. Gorgeous comfy sofas with bifold doors that open onto the balcony overlooking the sea. We had a fantastic weekend celebrating my husbands birthday with all our children and have already booked to come back in October with friends. Highly recommend.

Fabulous house

We had an amazing stay at Rock Lobster. The house was comfortable and clean and the views were fantastic. We saw dolphins nearly every day. The house is in a great location for exploring the coastline with walks on the doorstep. I can’t wait to stay here again. It’s just perfect.

Fantastic stay - would highly recommend

Visited as a group of 8 friends for an annual pre Christmas break. Everything was absolutely fantastic, house was immaculate on arrival, and everything within to a high standard. Nothing looked worn, tired or in need a spruce up. Customer Service was excellent throughout our stay and really appreciated the visit on the first afternoon. We had one issue whilst we were and the service received couldn’t have been better, it was dealt with promptly and professionally. We have just returned and plan to book for next year straight away.

Rock Lobster is a beautiful house set in a lovely location with spectacular sea views. It felt very homely for our week’s stay. It was fully equipped and very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful house in a wonderful location

Rock Lobster was the perfect house from which to explore the beautiful Northumberland coastline. As well as enjoying the perfect location overlooking the sea, it offered everything which we needed to make our stay comfortable, in both good weather and bad. The kitchen was well equipped and generously provisioned, the upstairs sitting room and its balcony and view were a particular joy and the bedrooms and bathrooms were quiet and comfortable. As a party of 8 (4 couples) we had plenty of space for both group and individual entertainment - and had a wonderful time. Clare, the letting agent, was extremely helpful and responsive to our occasional minor query.

We stayed at Rock Lobster for 4 nights, I did not want to leave. It’s a fabulous very well equipped house, everything is top quality and thought about. The views and location are just perfect - even on a stormy day. I can’t wait to return.

Another wonderful week

Our third year coming here with son, daughter in law and 2 young grandchildren. Always love staying here, it’s such a lovely property, right by the coastal path just outside lovely Craster. We love exploring the area on foot, by bike, bus, car and kayak. Good local cafes, pubs, village shops and excellent unspoilt beaches. The property is perfect for us, very clean, spacious and a large and secure garden. Works really well. Beautiful sea views and great for dolphin spotting when the sea is calm. We hope to return next year. Thank you.

Pretty close to perfect

We visited on a November weekend where we had a storm on one day and perfect blue skies on another. The house was superb. We had everything we needed, and more. Its great having the upstairs lounge with balcony - especially when you can watch 3-4m waves. Having nothing in front of you, or at the sides just adds to that. Overall the house was well sound proofed, warm and nicely decorated for Christmas. The fake wood burner added a lovely touch, without the hassle! The games room was a real bonus, and I imagine the garden (perfect grass in Nov) must be fab in the summer. The proximity to the great pub and the kippers was appreciated. Clare and the Catch the Breeze Team were lovely to deal with, we hope to find the opportunity to book with them again.
