« Super nice hotel steps from train to the slopes - five min train every half hour to the gondola and ski area Facilities are great wet and dry sauna and very nice heated indoor pool Breakfast is amazing fresh and with all kind of bread cheese and meats Isabela was amazing at the food area and Suzan as well at the front desk Rooms are comfy and there is light snacks after ski time which is perfect if you don’t need a big dinner »

« The hotel is located just outside of Kitzbühel and has multiple facilities. (+) several saunas, a jazz bar, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, high-tech room with a smart TV that we could connect our phone to (hence watch our favorite Netflix shows) (-) We had no views from our balcony. We opened the door of the balcony thinking we'd find vast lands or mountains in front of us, instead there was pretty much nothing. »

« Excellente impression, mais notre chambre donnait du côté de la rue ! Donc, il y avait un bruit infernal toute la nuit. Présence d'un McDo et d'un bar, ainsi qu'un stand de nourriture à emporter.A part le bruit, tout était superbe ! »

« We had an exceptional stay ! The hotel is absolutely magnificent (the hotel itself, the park… Everything is sumptuous). The swimming pool and SPA are incredible. In the restaurant, the buffets are excellent (for breakfast and dinner). And throughout the stay, we were able to measure the involvement, efficiency and professionalism of all the teams. Excellent sense of service and always a smile and a kind word ! Congratulations to all the teams ! We will keep exceptional memories of our vacations...
