« This is a great place for us who wanted to explore the Bavaria. You can experience the country side of Kirchheim am Reis. We had the quiet basement apartment for us and it was very roomy. The property was a short drive to Nordlingen and Dinkelsbuhl which were the two towns we wanted to visit. We also took a stroll at the back walking/bike trail. The fields are gorgeous. "This hotel is not at the Dormero standards. First, I have been downgraded, and when I claimed they gave me a bigger room. However, it was noisy, due to close to the elevators. The Sauna does not work, while there was no information and that this is a key selection criteria for me. Last but not least, I raised my comments but have not no reply at all. Even at check-out, they simply ask me to put my card on the box, even not a small 'sorry'. Overall, a bad customer experience. Sorry to say. At least, there are rooms for improvement."
