« This was our 3rd time staying in the Dock House at the Chat and Chill. What can I say? It’s been so lovely we have come 3 times, 3 years in a row. We love the low key, no frills, all fun that this place is. Daniel and his family keep this place so well kept and wonderful. They are incredible hosts who are so attentive and kind. « Such a wonderful experience and so peaceful and cozy getaway. They were so responsive and helpful. Only 25 units on the property so feels like home. « Our stay at this property was just what we needed after activities from the day. It is a small distance from the hustle and bustle of town. My husband and I like to walk and explore and choose not to rent a golf cart which was very doable. Diane and Crystal were very attentive and knowledgeable of the area. »

conveniently situated just a 10-minute drive south of town. The community offered the poolside dining options and a lovely coffee shop nearby, adding to the convenience of the location.
