« Normally, when I go is the best experience ever this time, it was the worst no one ever came and cleaned our room the whole entire time when we first got there the room was not clean at all »

« Nous etions de passage seulement une nuit mais je peux vous dire que hotel selon moi et mon mari etait plus que parfait , le personnel, ainsi que la chambre. Pour ce qui est du petit dejeuner, et bien cetait correct pas beaucoup de place pour dejeuner mais vous pouvez aller manger dans votre chambre. »

« The staff was very courteous and helpful with information. The room was ready at check-in time and was very comfortable. No problems at all. Due to a personal plan change unrelated to Hampton Inns, I did not get a chance to try the complementary breakfast. The hotel was very convenient to areas along the west I-10 corridor. »

Nous avons eu notre chambre avant l'heure normale du check in. L'hôtel est bien entretenu. Les chambres sont vastes et bien équipées. Petit déjeuner inclus classique : céréales, yaourts, pancakes, gaufres, boissons froides et chaudes,pains divers, oeufs brouillés et saucisses... Produits de bonne qualité. Je recommande. « Bathroom was dirty(I had to clean my own bathroom) Later that night we asked to change rooms ,but the other room they showed us was dirty as well.So we stayed in the first one. The next day they came and cleaned the bathroom,but when we came back to the room the tub was still dirty. We requested room services the next day nobody came.Their excuses was they didn’t know. « It was a night in hell. We did get 2-3 hours of sleep due to: the room was stuffy, the ac wasn’t properly working, noises from next door room, pipes were clacking. I believe this place has mold since it was hard to breathe though the whole night. Pictures on website and Expedia are not what’s in real time. We asked for a non smoke room and our room reeked of cigarette and bed sheets had burn marks all over. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! »
