Gehobenes Standardhotel würde ich sagen. Nichts Besonderes. Das Personal ist ausbehmebd freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolle Dachterrasse, leider etwas ungemütlich ubd schmucklos... schade. Der Pool ist klein und fein. Die Betten waren superbeqiem, was ich noch nicht so oft erlebt habe :D

kein gutes Hotel
Beim Check In meinte die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, dass ich Frühstück auch habe. Nachdem Frühstück meinte sie, dass sie diese Aussage nicht geäußert hat!! Beim Check out, hat der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption die Zimmernummer nicht verstanden und hat mich einfach warten lassen bis wir "endlich" herausgefunden haben, dass er das falsche Zimmer gecheckt hat. Ich habe mit dem Manager dort, der auch sehr unprofessionell wirkte. Insgesamt, eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung!!

Teuer, laut, weit von alles.
Keine ruhige Lage, von alles entfernt. 80% der Zimmer haben Sicht auf eine sehr laute Strasse. Viel zu teuer für die Leistungen. Am besten, ein 2 Stelle Ibis mit Fitness. Musste zurück zur Rezeption, da die Schlüssel nicht funktionierte. Am 2. Tag gleich genau zurück zur Rezeption wegen Schlüssel Problem...

Das größte Problem war die Wasserversorgung Personal sehr freundlich Frühstücksbüffet war reich und reichlich Lage des Hotel war nicht so gut wegen einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße Internet Verbindung acceptable aber nicht zufriedenstellend Man muss immer Trinkgeld geben beim Parkplatz mindestens 2 bis 3 oder 4 Dinar am Tag ausgeben

Wie schmeckt eigentlich jordanischer Wein?
Insgesamt sehr gut. Unsere Einschränkung ist, dass es im wirklich ausgezeichneten Restaurant, dessen libanesisch geprägte Küche hohe Ratings verdient, nicht einmal Bier gibt, geschweige denn Wein. Warum produziert Jordanien Wein, wenn man keine Gelegenheit bekommt, diesen Wein auch im Lande zu verkosten. Die Mitnahme verhindert nämlich die weltweit gehandhabte Security. Meine Frau und ich sind erwachsen und mündig genug, selbst entscheiden zu können und zu wollen, ob wir Alkohol trinken oder nicht. Bevormundungen sind uns ein Gräuel.

Property is located in an affluent area. Amenities such as shopping areas and restaurants are excellent and easily accessible. Furthermore, staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. I would particularly like to mention Emmd at reception who was very helpful in arranging all our tours. Also, a big shout out to Hassan for also being so helpful and friendly. Both staff members are credit to their organisation.

Merci à Emad pour son accueil. Cet hôtel est top, le personnel est très sympatique et serviable. Très pro, hotel très propre et beau. Le spa est gratuit pour les résidents de l'hotel avec un espace sauna et hammam homme et femme séparés. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables et propres. La proximité avec un grand boulevard fait qu'on entend le bruit des voitures, lègrement bruyant. Essayez peut être de demander une chambre qui ne donne pas sur ce boulevard L'hôtel n'est pas loin de du centre ville, environ 10 à 15 min en taxi. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

This is a great hotel and excellent staff, many speaking English which is very helpful. Breakfast was excellent as was other food services. For westerners no alcohol in the hotel but the hotel across the walkway has this service at a heavy price. You can get reasonably priced tours from the hotel as well. Taxis can be picked up easily. The isolation of the hotel from shopping is an issue but taxis are cheap but the service station close by has ATM and mini mart. I would stay there again.
