HOUSE RULES
• No pets.
• No smoking, vaping of any kind, including marijuana.
• No parties, events, or unauthorized large gatherings.
• Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum.
• A code will be provided to you for the front door and garage door prior to check in.

HOUSE INFO
• Pool key will be provided at the house. A $75 replacement fee will apply for lost pool key.
• Accommodates up to 4 guests: 1 Queen Bed, 1 Airbed
• There is no air conditioning. A ceiling fan is in the dining area, and a portable fan provided for additional airflow.
• The garage has a manual door and is located approximately 50 yards from the main property.
• The condo is cleaned before every stay.
• Please note that we do not provide groceries or personal-use supplies for the duration of your stay, including extended or long-term stays. Guests are welcome to purchase any additional items they need based on their personal preferences and needs.
• Exterior security cameras located outside the property for guest safety.
• Additional guest verification may be required prior to check-in. A signed guest agreement and/or refundable deposit may also be required prior to check-in.
• We are available by phone or message throughout your stay if you need assistance.
