This is a great property and location for families visiting students at Clemson. Under 15 minutes to campus. Anderson also has a cute downtown and nice restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if it is available!

This house was perfect, nestled in a quiet little neighborhood it definitely met every expectation. Only around 15 minutes from Clemson university, so clean and spacious and the owner was very responsive and respectful to all of our needs.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the property. The house was very clean, newer construction, and perfect for what we needed while traveling from out of state to visit family. The location was great and made it easy to get back and forth to Pendleton, Clemson, and Anderson. It was also a great setup for having family come over and spend time together. Communication with the host was great, and the whole experience was easy from start to finish. We will be staying here on future trips if it’s available. Highly recommend it.

Our family had a fantastic stay. The house was great for our weekend visiting Clemson. Everything was clean and in great shape. The owner was quick to respond to any communications and checkin was easy. Will definitely look to visit again when back in town.

It was clean and enough room for my family. Rules were clearly written and host was easily accessible. I will be wanting to stay there again when a family vacation warrants it.

Immaculate property and an easy straight shot into Clemson

Would highly recommend the property. Very close to Clemson but also close to the stores and restaurants of Anderson! With the large size of the house it’s great for a larger family or a group needing a bit more space.

Perfect for a large group

Great layout for a big group. Close to our favorite place to eat (Smokin Pig)! Short drive to clemson Stadium. This is a great house, brand new with all comfy beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall wonderful stay!

Clemson Spring Dairy Show

We had a group of us from Mississippi travel to Clemson for a cow show. There were 10 of us. This place was excellent. Three bathroom made it great for us all. Thanks for offering such a nice place

I would stay here again!

Beautiful, clean, has everything like iron, laundry soap, extra towels, patio furniture, ROKU... way more than was listed. Plenty of space in the house. Convenient to stores and restaurants, close enough to Clemson U (we were there for graduation). Owner was really nice. I would definitely recommend this place!

Always an excellent time!

This property is absolutely perfect for people who enjoy all the comforts of home while traveling! Everything is always immaculately clean, the beds are comfortable and you have peace and quiet. We were traveling with my 70 parents who also were very comfortable there. We were there for the Clemson ring ceremony and spring parents weekend so its nice to be a bit removed from the traffic and busyness of the college but you are still only 10 minutes up the highway to get there. You are also very close to Anderson and all of those stores and restaurants if you need anything.This was our second stay and will certainly not be our last!
