« I would have expected a more exclusive banyan tree for this price There are so many people and such a queue for the breakfast that it looks like big tourist average hotel and not banyan tree Location is perfect with mandai parcs »

« Great service »

« Breakfast diversity to be improved »

« The check in staff and the bell men were superb. The room was tiny with a wet floor toilet. »

« A very nice out of the way hotel with a convenient shuttle to the ion paragon. Great pool. Unfortunately the TV was defective and I couldn't use the HDMI that was displayed by the remote with my Switch2 . The menu in the room was not up to date and the restaurant hostess was confused about the details of the room service. The food in the hotel lounge was greasy and did not have a fresh taste. It was all a bit surprising for a hotel in such an upscale part of town. »

« Nice old fashion hotel. Good efficient team !Nothing interested around it exept ... the MRT (metro) station !! »
