The lower level can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably, with an en-suite bunk room with two twin over double bunk beds, a private king suite with its own fireplace, and a queen sleeper sofa in the arcade room. Upstairs, the spacious vaulted primary retreat boasts a private balcony with spectacular third-story views of the ski mountain and en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, while an inviting office/crafting studio offers four workstations, a large project table, and its own wet bar. A fun bonus room sleeps five (three twin beds and a queen) and includes a seating area with a view, oversized yard games and a foosball table. An elevator connects all three floors.

INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.
SAFETY & SECURITY: For the security and safety of our property, please note that we have active exterior security cameras located at the front walkway, south drive over bay window, lower fireplace facing driveway, upper deck eastside, northeast corner facing yard, north garage, and garage door parking area. These cameras record video, and monitor exterior perimeter only (in addition to these, there are a few cameras around outside that do not work). There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
