« Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in. Old shop pieces from previous client. No trash cans to place trash in. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served. No juice or coffee machine that was working. « We could not sleep. The hotel is all on the ground floor. Our room was close to the ice machine which proved to be a disaster as there was a lot of noise both late at night (till past midnight) and very early in the morning (from 4:30). Also the AC was very Noisy.Breakfast was good and the wimming pool pleasant. »

« Air conditioning did not stay on the temperature we set when going to sleep. Waking up uncomfortable during the night and looking at the thermostat, it was different each time.
Also the ice machine on the first floor was not working on Sunday morning at breakfast. When we asked if we could get ice somewhere, they told us it was broken and said we could go upstairs on the second floor and get ice. We didn’t really want to go up and get ice from another floor. So we did without. »
