Hôtel près de Anglesey Circuit, Tŷ Croes, Tŷ Croes

« There was no communication whatsoever about how to check in, despite sending several messages through Hotels.com and directly to the property before our arrival. When we arrived, we found a Ring doorbell at the entrance, which had not been disclosed in the listing. After ringing it, there was no apology for the lack of communication—only someone asking if we had been given the access code, which we had not. The property itself was in a totally unacceptable condition. It was filthy throughout,...

« The motel was nice, the beds were not comfortable that is the only issue we had with the room, the pub was nice but had a load of fruit flies that was off putting especially when you see them over the pastries at breakfast, the staff are very friendly »

« Breakfast was good. Nothing else was. Not recommended. Our room was directly above the bar with a live band, which meant room shaked and vibrated. Continued until after 11pm to be replaced with loud music until midnight. When asking the staff what time it would finish, the manager intervened into an amicable conversation and proceeded to be aggressive, confrontational and abusive towards to me. This included calling me an offensive term multiple times. And suggesting to his staff that they...

« Su is very nice and helpful person, she does everything to make your stay comfortable and fun. The hostel is just at the heart of Caernarfon, behind the castle. Very convenient for going to Snowdon. The rooms are very clean. I'd definately recommand. »

« We were wanting a clean room close to the station and ferry services and this fitted the bill well though the room was basic- the decor quite stark. It was fine for a one night stay but defintely not for a luxury weekend. »

« Excellent facilities for our family base, couldn't have asked for more in terms of quality of location, equipment and entertainment for all including games, media etc. We wanted a location we could use to explore the whole island and we found it worked perfectly. Couldn't have been cleaner, great welcome pack to help you when you first get there, safe parking, great garden grounds to utilise, family friendly and ran by a great couple who are close by for any reassurances you may need. »

« No entry code given. Wanted passport or driving licence. Neither were carried with us as we toured Wales. »

« Arrived at the hotel and no Family room available to us as per our booking of 2 x adults and 2 x children (both aged 10). As we had travelled for over 5 hours had no choice but to take the Double Room offered and the children had to sleep on the floor - with no bedding / pillows / put me up beds etc. made available. No milk was in the room for refreshments and upon asking at reception was told that none was available to us......?! Set in a quiet and stunning location in Caernarfon - however,...

« Great size Good location Decent price »

« The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It made our trip even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other guests. Thank you! 😊 »

« Excellent location, parking spot outside the property, brilliant views from the balcony, nice touches by owner, wine and milk in the fridge, Welsh cakes on the dining table, 2 bathrooms. Stairs a little steep, so be aware of that when booking »

« A great location with great amenities, near two big grocery stores and lots of places to eat. Perfect for a sightseeing journey around the Welsh Highlands. They are not terribly responsive via the Expedia app, so don't expect much if you're reaching out that way. »
